I don't think Majin Vegeta and SSJ2 Goku were that much stronger than SSJ2 Kid Gohan. Piccolo said that Vegeta was only "perhaps" stronger than Gohan was against Cell.

Base Vegetto being slightly stronger than Boohan is unnecessary. While you can argue Vegetto turned into a SSJ to avoid the possibility of losing to Boo due to regen/infinite stamina due to the slight power difference, I don't find it to be needed especially since that makes SSJ Vegetto over 50x stronger which is overly bloating the gap imo.

Majin-Vegeta was able to straight-away tell though that Goku was higher. I think Piccolo might be too far below them to tell the difference. Like when you look at a diagram from a distance and everything looks close to each-other, but when you are close to it you can tell just how close they really are.

Vegeta knew straight away because Goku had the same amount of ki he did and Vegeta would know better than anyone how powerful his ki would be. Aside from that, Vegeta never specified how much stronger Goku was than Gohan.

You have Goku/Vegeta 1.25x Gohan, that's a pretty solid gap (enough to stomp). Goku vs Cell was a 1.1-1.15x gap imo, and it wasn't considered that close as Cell had a step or two advantage. There's also Vegeta vs Base Zarbon, which was no more than a 1.15x gap and Vegeta casually defeated him.

Well, for me I'd say Goku/Cell is 1.25 than 1.1 - 1.15, they are both still in the distant rivalling-range, though.

Even Cell himself said that Goku is close to him, or at-least indirectly, by saying a fight isn't fun unless the 2 fighters are closely matched. In my opinion, it's still all in the rivalling-range, though.

Well, Kid Gohan was said to be far, far better than Teen Gohan. Goku was even stronger than kid Gohan, so no matter how you look at it, Teen Gohan should be much weaker than Goku IMO.

Vegeta was also implied to be pretty considerably stronger than Teen Gohan, since he said if he were to intervene in Gohan's fight against Dabra he'd finish it instantly, yet this Vegeta is probably weaker than Cell Games Gohan... That's a massive gap I'd say.

I generally have Gohan (Boo saga) at 66% of his father, but what you have is good too considering the implied gaps IMO.
