BoS Goku (Anime)

Any conclusions about how strong BoS Goku is? I wouldn't be surprised if Toei pushes for the Pure Boo filler even if the script is by Toriyama. Didn't he only do the movie script anyway?

Vegeta calls Goku the strongest Saiyan he has ever seen, and also calls him number 1 (though that could be in reference to what he said in the Boo arc). I believe episode 1 did call Pure Boo the mightiest enemy or something along those lines. Regardless, the scaling is all over the place. Gohan appeared to be far beyond Vegeta (pre rage), and Vegeta shouldn't be far off from Goku in equal forms.

Goku SSJ3 >>>>> Goku / Vegeta SSJ2 > Ultimate Gohan.

Apart from Vegeta being called the 2nd most powerful, we must not forget that Goku considered that not even Vegetto could against Beerus. Which tells us that Vegetto> Gokhan in BoS.

Nor should we forget that in both the Manga and the Anime, Kaio warned him that Beerus was tremendously superior to any villain he had faced. Even so, Goku SSJ was shocked that he couldn't hit Beerus.

Vegeta was called the second most powerful?

That is a decent point about Vegetto though, although I'd argue that Gohan is treated like an afterthought regardless of his combat ability. Goku had stopped considering him a fighter and had already said that he had dedicated himself to studying, so maybe he wasn't even considered for fusion.

I'd disagree with Gohan being weaker than their SSJ2 selves. Vegeta (who seemed to be SSJ before getting enraged) was petrified by the thought of attacking Beerus. He couldn't even find the strength to attack him. Gohan was at least able to do this much.

The difference is that Vegeta knew that Beerus is a Hakaishin and that is why he was terrified, he also knew that Beerus had knocked out Goku SSJ3, while Gohan did not know about him, other than that he humiliated Gotenks Base.

Although I do not take into account the theory that BoS takes into account the filler of Kid Boo> Vegeta SSJ (Boo), I do not close myself to that possibility. In which case, Goku SSJ3 (BoS) should be superior to a hypothetical Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo). In that case, Vegeta SSJ2 (Enraged) would be extremely powerful.

@SuperSaiyan2 Anyway, I have Vegeta SSJ2 (BoS) only a little more powerful than Ultimate Gohan, therefore it is not surprising that Piccolo did not expect anything from Vegeta, after seeing how Beerus defeated Ultimate Gohan with extreme ease.
