so:

FP Cell > SSJ Broly (M10) ~ LSSJ Broly (M8) > SSJ Goku (Boo Saga)

SSJ Broly (M8) ~ SSJ Goku (CG, 50%)

RSSJ Broly (M8) > PC (Vs Vegeta) (Cell budged from Vegeta’s kick, Broly didn’t)

If M10 SSJ Broly is a 10, then I’d say SSJ Goku (Boo Saga) is a 7.5

He is. M10 LSSJ Broly > Good Boo > SSJ2s.

Do you think it is possible that Broly LSSJ (M11) > Broly LSSJ (M10)?

Whereas Goku thought he and Pikkon could take on Broly, however, according to @HunterR18 Goku SSJ2 and Pikkon needed help from the villains from hell to defeat Broly.
