Considering how the power ups seem to work in Dragon Ball Super with everyone getting exponentially stronger than those before them (even in the same arc lol) I'd say that Cell Max is probably comfortably above all of them, which is something I'm not particularly fond of. How are regular humans making machines that are far more powerful than the strongest alien warriors?

Sure, but I mean this makes no sense to me. Freeza is the ruler of the universe and the most powerful villain at that point. Then crusty old nutsack Gero makes himself and some fat clown android surpass that with technology? And then two teenagers that are substantially above that? And a bug creature even above that?

And then the greatest character in the franchise, the brilliant Dr Hedo, can create Gamma 1 and 2 that are said to be on Goku's and Vegeta's level, who themselves are literally on god mode?

It doesn't make sense.

I think it’s easier to see if you divorce this normal world from the Dragon-World & see that the human counter-parts in their world are just more power-ful (at-least the peak ones) & when you look at it that way, a genius who is also way above every-one else might be able to pull it off.
