Maybe around SS2 Gotenks as a Super Saiyan, but I'm just guessing honestly. I think Goku and Vegeta are significantly stronger than their Boo arc counterparts, but I don't have them above Vegetto without their God forms. I also don't think the Universe-busting feats have to make them thousands/millions of times stronger than Boo arc characters since busting feats never really scaled linearly in the original series.
