Can anyone find the quote @Captain Cadaver mentions about Gogeta SSJ4?

He mentioned that in the GT Perfect Files, somewhere it was mentioned that Gogeta SSJ4 had unlimited power and surpassed all characters and all dimensions (before DBS appeared).
