The 100x Big Bang Kamehameha is a game-exclusive move, so its status as far as his usage in GT is debatable. Considering the Final Kamehameha was canonised in Super after originating as a game-exclusive move, however, I wouldn't fully deny it.
However, it being 100x that of a normal Big Bang Kamehameha is likely just hyperbole, considering the 10x Kamehameha's feats are far below what you'd expect of a x10 amp. Many video games such as Ultimate Tenkaichi refer to it as just "Full-Power Big Bang Kamehameha", so all it needs to be is far stronger than the regular version Gogeta used on Yi Xing Long.
Regardless of how you treat it, the attack would still fall short in a Super gauntlet when getting up to the likes of Infinite Zamasu or Hakaishin Toppo and those on the same tier as them, since scaling alone isn't enough to make up for feats being on a completely different tier.
