Can King Cold transform?

I think that if he was capable of transforming, he would've done so against Trunks. The fact that he didn't makes me inclined to think that he can't. Plus, why would he be in a suppressed form if he was going to fight a Super Saiyan, someone who threatened his clan's position as the strongest in the universe?

Going by the new material with Frost, i think AT makes it obvious that all Icers can transform. Maybe Cold
could only control up to his 2nd form, that's why he didn't transform. Zombies.

One of the guidebooks said he seemed to be the type of guy that could transform, don't think it was ever confirmed though. If it was it doesn't necessarily mean he didn't use his final form before coming to Earth

His appearance bears a close resemblance to Freeza's second form, and Cold also appears to be the type whose abilities increase by transforming.

Trunks didn't give him much time to ponder whether it was worth accessing a power he couldn't control. Zombies.

If someone is willing to let you use their weapon in the middle of a fight, I'd think transforming to increase your power is worth considering. Never happened

In Cold's warped mind, all of Trunks' power was in the sword. He wouldn't feel a need to transform if he could at least defeat him through trickery.

I dunno if Cold had any additional forms, but it's something that can go either way.
