If a human is near a Saiyan, that is in their SSJ2 transformation, can the static/electricity harm them?

Ki in general seems to project a repulsive force. Coola blitzed through a Kamehameha and numerous characters' clothes survived blasts that should completely disintegrate them, SSJG Goku jumped straight through Kale's blast in the anime and Jiren ran through Goku and Vegeta's combined blast etc.

Since SSJ2's lightning aura is a projection of Ki I'd say it'd probably fuck a human up. Though Videl was unharmed by being right next to a bunch of SSJ auras in BoG so they can either control the damage their auras do, or she was protected by Pan's baby Saiyan powa

Why don't you go near a SSJ2 and see for yourself? In the worst case, we'll get rid of you forever.

Does anyone remember that racing episode with Ponyta in Pokemon? Ash got burned at-first. Maybe it’s like that. If you feel like it, it can be one or the other (or in-between).

I believe that even the flare of the aura could harm a human, so the electricity would too.

Yes, I think so.

In the anime, during the Buu Saga, when Vegeta turns Majin, his aura knocks base Gohan on his rear. If it has the power to blow back Base Gohan, who's power is in the millions, I would venture to say it would likely do damage or more likely worse to a human.
