Say he's sitting having tea in Shinhan bank in Korea. Can he read the newspaper with his third eye? Can he read the three zeroes and decimal point on his bank statement (he's broke. Chazou spent all their money on face paint)?
Did we ever see him undeniably, indisputedly, unmistakably, incontestably, or unequivocally use his third eye to see?
