toonzai did an okay job at making dbzk more suitable for a younger audience. but it is not that good if your rewatching dbzk

The Toonzai dub should have just never been a thing. Kai was successful enough on Nicktoons; there was no reason to release a dumbed-down version of the dub on another channel for extra ratings. Blue Popo was an embarassment.

All I know is Mr Popo was blue and Chazou exploded into a pink candy floss cloud...which might actually be worse because where did the pink colour come from...blood. SCARY.

I loved when Dragon Ball Z Kai was on Nickelodeon and when Naruto Shippuden was on Disney.
