Can Zarbon and Dodoria beat Vegeta?

Freeza said they can but then again, he didn't know what Vegeta was capable of doing after the fight from Earth and the fact that the fight of Vegeta against those individuals implies that Vegeta would still be the victor. Your thoughts?

Dodoria was beaten clearly with skill. Zarbon was keeping up with Vegeta, until he lost his cool. To me, it seems they'd have a decent
chance together.
