Since they are said to gotten stronger after Z. How strong are they compare to the Z top tiers?

They are stronger than Rildo’s highest form at the absolute minimum. They far exceed Gohan Boo.

As in their GT selves? At least stronger than Base Rild, and thereby Gohan Boo, as they were confident in beating Goku despite them likely knowing Goku had killed Rild. At most, above Rild's strongest form, as it's quite doubtful that in a realm filled with egotistical and battle hungry villains, they wouldn't have tried to fight him.

In other words, easily above Gohan Boo, yet still weaker than SSJ Vegetto.

If we go strictly by the anime, didn't Cell and Freeza see Goku vs Pure Boo in hell? Pure-Boo was higher than Vegetto in the anime? Well maybe not, considering the lines from the manga that were included. Either-way they saw the fight and were still confident so they're at-least > anime Pure-Boo, where-ever that might place them.

Pure Boo is higher than Boohan but not Vegito as Goku said later that fusion can still one shot Pure Boo which they later regret on not taking a chance while they were offered by Old Kai.

GT's continuity seems to have retconned the anime's powerscaling, given that despite Anime Pure Boo still likely being at least relevant to SSJ Vegetto via scaling, Goku says Rild has surpassed Boo yet doesn't cite someone as being the strongest Ki he's ever sensed until Vegeta-Baby transforms. Alongside that, it would also be highly doubtful that Goku would consider Oob training to be complete if he was still weaker than Pure Boo, yet that threshold's crossed in the first episode of GT.
