Who wins? Murasaki has the better ranking, but Silver has the better feats.

Murasaki wins due to his Ninja techniques such as Kage Bushin Jutsu, which unlike Tenshinhan doesn't split his power up, Goku was just that much stronger than him.

I don't remember the Early DB well, but I think Silver was knocked out in seconds, whereas Ninja lasted much longer.

They actually have comparable feats imo. Murasaki was fast enough that Goku couldn't overtake him instantly. He also blocked a bunch of Goku's attacks before his sword broke. That's probably more impressive than anything Silver did.
