Crocodile could make sand out of nothing, right? Arabasta made him more powerful because he could control the sand there, but it seems he can make sand without needing to break down the materials in his environment. Likewise Akainu seems to make magma despite his surroundings not containing the chemical constituents of magma. So then Aokiji can make ice without the need to use water in the air? He is effectively making ice from nothing - it's not made from another matter.

If Aokiji makes ice from nothing, he's adding more water into the world. So when this ice melts the total amount of water in the water cycle would increase, eventually raising sea levels.

Logias have always confused me with this. I feel like they can't infinitely put out their elemental powers, it must affect their stamina at some point. Because they could essentially destroy the world by creating infinite ice, infinite sand, infinite snow, etc. The amount of ice it would take to truly cause sea levels to rise would probably go beyond what he can produce.
