If they fought now, could UltraInstinct Goku defeat Beerus?
Or do you think Beerus is still miles ahead of Goku.

It needs to last longer. I think UI Goku is in the same range as Beerus or even somewhat stronger but if he runs out of power too quickly he's done for.

Hmmm yes but Beerus would've gotten stronger by their first battle so who knows how far that difference in power is.

Also there's nothing saying Beerus would be weaker, it was suggested Jiren is possibly equal to GODS of destruction. Never said which GODS or a 100% yes Jiren is stronger.

Whis confirmed that Jiren is the mortal that a Hakaishin can't defeat and that Hakaishin is stronger than Beerus. With Goku is still being weaker than Jiren, I guess Goku is on the same level of Beerus but somewhat weaker.

The episode seems to suggest Jiren ~ UI Galu > Beerus, though unless we have a scenario where Goku has unlimited access to the form, he'd run out of stamina before he could beat Beerus.

Nah, I don't think he's quite at that level yet. Jiren doesn't look like he's giving it his all. Maybe if Goku continues to evolve when the real battle starts.
