Creepiest Shounen villain?

If what I heard is true maybe Kira Yoshikage? Serial-Killers are always creepy, but it being a super-natural world kind-of takes-away from that.

Hisoka would be in prison within a week even in a slice of life series and Shilliew is pretty creepy too, but I remember Orichimaru creeping me out more than either. The executer from Berserk too, but not really a shounen.

Not watched enough of Jojo to know Kira.

^Naraku in a nutshell. He's too incompetent and constantly getting owned to be creepy, plus he would've probably died in volume 12 if he hadn't run away when noob Kagome shot him with just two arrows lol.
