Gohan's improved enough that Goku says he barely recognised him, though that doesn't give much of a quantifiable idea of his gains. Maybe around Goku's Psuedo-Kaioken PSSB state's power or close to SSBE Vegeta at most. Piccolo probably isn't far behind him considering he lasted as long as Gohan did against Saganbo and their teamwork was presented as fully in-sync with each other.

Obviously. Only his ultra chad energy could be sensed by Galu. Guys who can stomp Kefla can't hope to compete with the guy who was also the undisputed champ of GT. 2
