Dabura vs Perfect Cell

The narrative tells me Dabra is stronger than Cell, and I just always take that at face value. That said, I think its close and Cell is a far more skilled and tactical fighter and Dabra is a goof. Cell wins with high difficulty.

CG SSJ2 Gohan was stronger than SPC and Dabura. Even SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta aren't implied to be hugely above CG Gohan.
SSJ2 Goku = Majin Vegeta > CG SSJ2 Gohan (Peak Rage/Father Son KHH) >= SSJ2 Vegeta (Pre Majin) > Initial Majin Boo > Dabura > SPC = CG SSJ2 Gohan (Rage) = Boo arc SSJ2 Gohan

Gohan got 2 rage boosts. One when he first went SSJ2 and the second one at the end of the KHH clash. After Cell returned from his self destruction and got his Zenkai boost he said something to the effect that he was a rival to Gohan ("I have powered up like Gohan") and seeing as he broke Gohan's arm and caused him to lose half his power from one ki blast, I can agree.
I think Gohan not only restored all his power at the end of the KHH struggle but got an even bigger rage boost to easily kill Cell.

I think the main difference between Kid Gohan SSJ2 (Enraged / Peak) and Kid Gohan SSJ2 (Enraged) is that the latter didn't get a power boost from being Enraged, but just helped him unlock all of his SSJ2 power, whereas the first if he had a nice power boost due to his Rage.

But why is Boo Saga Gohan = 1st rage CG Gohan?
@SIAD I’m not sure about Boo Vegeta > Non enraged CG Gohan. Vegeta didn’t know he was stronger than Gohan until the Budokai and held his power in high regard. They’re equals at best.

But at least Vegeta knew that Gohan had grown considerably. Growing up logically makes him stronger, but not training, made him lose power and ability in combat.
Surely Vegeta expected Gohan to increase his power a bit, but not by much because he stopped training.
Also during that month, Goku and Vegeta trained even more intensely and surely grew even stronger.

Actually I am .going to go with what Siad said Gohan didn't necessarily get a rage boost when he first went SSJ2, he just unlocked all of its power. But yeah now that I think about it Boo arc Gohan should be weaker than even that. Dabura was toying with Gohan, he even called him "trash" at the end of the fight so Dabura being a considerable amount stronger than Adult SSJ2 Gohan is very likely.

Daizenshuu 2 says Base Gohan didn’t lose any power at all while his SSJ2 lost power because he could no longer get angry. What do you guys think about that?

At least in the Manga, yes, but in the Anime, Dabura is even madder than that, as he clearly does a power up against Fat Boo.

The Daizenshuu also states that Kibito was near equal to Base Gohan.

Nobody even noticed SSJ1 Gohan is weaker than his Cell Games self when he transformed to fight Base Spopovich, so the manga actually supports that. Even Base Gohan only gets comments like “you look rusty” from Vegeta.
Where does Gohan > pre Majin Vegeta even comes from? Vegeta might be unsure of his superiority when he first talks to Gohan, but he has no doubt of his superiority on the airplane later.

If we're talking about regular Perfect Cell like Goku fought, Dabura wins. Dabura MAYBE wins against FPC because of the spit hax.

I believe Gohan was a Super Saiyan when he fought Dabura and while Dabura had a notable edge, it was not by much. So Dabura wouldn't stand a chance. Even as a Super Saiyan 2, I'd be inclined to say that Super Perfect Cell would still win comfortably. Dabura still struggled against Gohan who is much weaker than Pre-Majin Vegeta and it should be clear that Vegeta was still much weaker than Kid Gohan. In contrast, SPC is very close to Kid Gohan.
