I don't really know how we can figure out how strong Zeno's guards are. I'd assume they are at least God of Destruction tier just to prevent any of them from revolting or some bullshit. But, I don't know if they have to be Angel tier, since Angels are neutral beings and probably aren't going to try anything with Zeno.

I'm with Paladin on this one, I'll gladly put the Bodyguards above the GoDs, but I see no reason for them to be above the angels as well, so imo Daishinkan easily destroys both Bodyguards at the same time.

I question whether or not the translation was accurate, given it gives no mention to Whis excluding Zen-o. Until the Viz gets released for comparison, I'd be inclined to trust the anime's dialogue, as it seems far more precise than the translation we have far the manga currently.

Well Whis didn't mention Zeno but there's no point of mentioning Zeno since Goku already knew that Zeno is the strongest but until then let's just wait for it.
