I wanna post this here to get some outside ideas on Daima's scaling. I've seen some discourse, mainly just people saying they're namek saga victims (on youtube i mean, not sure about here. Crazy btw), but from what I can gather they're much stronger than that.

I also have a theoretical multiplier for SSJ4, although it's mainly speculative as it makes some assumptions.
I'll also be using Buuhan > Kid Buu ~ SSJ3 Goku. I know about the kid buu arguments, i don't hold to them. Feel free to reinterpret as you wish.

So first of all, in the preamble to each episode, it states that Goku is the strongest warrior:
Goku is the most powerful warrior 0.png
This can be used to suggest that at the very least, Adult SSj3 Daima Goku > Ultimate Gohan.

Kaioshin also implies this in a later episode, albeit about mini Goku:
Mini Goku strongest 0.png

Also, the narrative implication from turning them mini is that they are weaker, so mini goku < adult goku:
Mini Weaker 0.png

Goku beats Tamagami 3 in SSJ2. Arinsu responds to Glorio's notification of this fact by saying that she didn't expect it to go so smoothly:
Go smoothly.png
Arinsu was present with Fat Buu + collected samples from him, and saw him on tv. Her having knowledge on the buu's power would suggest that Tamagami 3 is actually fat Buu level at least, since she wouldn't have been expecting it to go as smoothly as it did if they were weakened beyond fat Buu (she knows they had the power to beat Buu).

Gomah also says that Goku is stronger than he imagined, which could include the Goku who is capable of beating Buu:
stronger than imagined.png

Additionally, Neva is surprised at them being able to beat Tamagami 3:
Neva Tamagami.png
He also states that he didn’t expect them to be so strong “especially as children”. Neva was around with Majin Buu in the demon realm he should have some knowledge of his power.

Cumulatively this paints the idea that narratively, the Tamagamis should be Buu level in some regard.

Now, there is the argument that since Daima “compares” Dabra to Tamagami 3, that Tamagami 3 is only Cell saga tier in power.

This doesn’t follow, since #1 it simply says “even Dabra failed to beat Tamagami 3”:
Tamagami 3 over Dabra 0.png
This does not necessarily imply closeness, only that Tamagami 3 is unquantifiably stronger than pre-Majin Dabra. Which could easily include anything from cell tier with no actual inherent ceiling.

#2 Dabra is the only character the story can actually use, since he’s the only one who even challenged the Tamagamis. And there is no indication that they fought Buu.

#3 If Tamagami 3 were merely around Cell/Dabura level, then Goku who is already known by Arinsu, Gomah and Neva to have defeated Buu would not logically be expected to struggle with him, even accounting for becoming a child (Arinsu didn’t expect it to go so smoothly as it did, and Neva didn’t expect them to be that strong “even as children”).
Yet the series repeatedly presents defeating the Tamagami as an accomplishment that surprises characters already familiar with Goku's Buu Saga feat. I believe this is more consistent with that interpretation than with a Cell-level interpretation.

Now let's go into the Gomah part.

We can observe from the fight that SSJ3 mini Goku is somewhat relative to Third-Eye Gomah (before powering up), since he is capable of blitzing Gomah, but also clashes evenly with him:
SSJ3 Mini Goku relative to Goma 1.jpgSSJ3 Mini Goku relative to Goma 2.jpg

This Gomah is stated by DB Official to be “the strongest enemy”:
Goma is the strongest.jpg
“物語はいよいよクライマックスへ! 魔のサードアイを手に入れた最強の敵・ゴマーと対峙する悟空たち。ラストバトルへと突入するクライマックス予告が解禁!!”

“The story finally reaches its climax! Goku and his team face off against the strongest enemy, Goma, who has obtained the Demon's Third Eye. The climax trailer for the final battle is released!”
This can be used to suggest Gomah > strongest Buu.

I've reached the image limit now, so I'm going to add a reply to this continuing it.

The clash between SSJ4 Goku and Gomah is also one that “breaks limits”:
Limit Breaking Clash.jpg
“超サイヤ人4孫悟空とジャイアントゴマーの、大魔界を揺るがす限界突破の超バトルは必見だ!!”
“Don't miss the epic battle between Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Giant Goma—a battle that shatters all limits and shakes the entire Demon Realm!!”

Which supports this idea of Gomah > previous enemies.

Using this, we can support with external evidence that SSJ3 Mini Goku should be relative to Buuhan, and that it wouldn’t be inconsistent with the internal narrative established thus far for it to be possible (if my previous interpretations are in fact true).

Adult Vegeta in base performs better than SSJ4 Mini Goku after Gohma powers up twice:
SSJ4 Goku vs Gomah.jpg
Vegeta is shown clashing, tagging, dodging and staggering a powered-up version of Gohma whom Mini SSJ4 Goku couldn’t contend with, which demonstrates that Base Vegeta is at least comparable to Mini SSJ3 Goku, if not SSJ4.

It also lends credence to the idea that the mini debuff is massive, as we already have statements that they should’ve gotten weaker from becoming mini.

So, judging by this, the observed reduction is consistent with something on the order of 1/400 by using SSJ3’s established multiplier.

Then he goes SSJ, breaks out of his grasp and overpowers him:
Vegeta SSJ.jpg

He goes SSJ3 and destroys him from this point:
Screenshot (780).jpg

This lasts until Gohma powers up 5 times, enough to turn the tides.

Using numbers, we can build a possible model of the multiplier for SSJ4 and how many x Buuhan they are. Assuming that each powerup is identical in magnitude, and is multiplicative and not additive, he must powerup equal to the 5th root of 400 (3.31445402X)

Gohma = 1
Gohma 1st powerup = 3.31
Gohma 2nd powerup = 10.9856
Vegeta = 10.9856
SSJ3 Vegeta = 4,394.24
Gohma 3rd powerup = 36.41
Gohma 4th powerup = 120.68
Gohma 5th powerup = 400
Gohma 6th powerup = 1,325.78
Gohma 7th powerup = 4,394.24

This would mean that we can take either his fight with adult goku or mini goku to find a possible multiplier for SSJ4 by assuming this multiplier for his powerups

ADULT GOKU
Goku = 10.9856
Goku SSJ3 = 4,394.24
Gohma 7th powerup = 4,394.24
Gohma 8th powerup = 14,564.5137
Gohma 9th powerup = 48,273.41
Gohma 10th powerup = 160,000
And SSJ4 Goku was still winning so…
Goku SSJ4 ~ 160,000x Buuhan
Or dividing that number by his base gives the multiplier 14,565 ~15,000X BASE

Alternatively…
Mini Goku SSJ3 = 1
Gohma = 1
Gohma 1 = 3.31
Gohma 2 = 10.9856
Mini SSJ4 Goku = 1,300-4,500x multiplier
But a bare minimum would be 400x FOR HOW MUCH STRONGER THAN Buuhan he is (using E17 Gomah > Buuhan) and the multiplier for SSJ4 (times base) ambiguously above 400, just using SSJ3’s canon multiplier.

Obviously, this is just theoretical, there's no reason specifically it would be a multiplicative powerup for Gomah's magic, or that it's the same multiplier each time, or not additive etc. Also sort of hard to tell when exactly he powers up, but I counted each time he gets covered in magic and gets back into fighting. Note that he does this with some attacks iirc, which I did not count.
