I meant that in Tournament 22 (TB22) you have Chaozu more powerful than Krillin and clearly Krillin is stronger than Chaozu.

I was comparing Vegeta and Goku. Vegeta had felt half of Goku MSSJ's power, when Goku showed half of his power to Master Karin. Vegeta and the others thought that this was all of Goku's power.

When the Cell Games started, Vegeta thought he was stronger than Goku, until Goku showed his true 100% and then he realized that Goku was still stronger than him.
