Why does Popo talk like some foreign ball bag? I don't remember him using stunted English in the original manga.

The art isn't bad, but definitely not an entirely accurate representation. Is this going to be a beat-for-beat manga adaptation of the anime? Because if so, I'll probably wait for the Baby stuff to happen.

He talks like that in the Japanese anime too, so it's his official speech pattern. Most likely, Toriyama wanted to juxtapose the attendant of someone as eloquent as God with his attendant. Either that, or we can pull the "racist" card.
