Piccolo went from no. 3 to not even relevant anymore after the RoSaT?

From the beginning of DragonBall Z to the RoSaT it was always kind-of Goku > Vegeta(/Future Trunks) > Piccolo, close enough that one could always shoot over the other.

After the RoSaT Piccolo disrespect started from when Goku asked him to split again & Vegeta saying not to bother with the RoSaT. Even Cell didn’t mention him vs Goku. WTF?

& then in the Boo-saga the ultimate disrespect Goten & Trunks are above him too now & he plays baby-sitter but that’s OK. Now it was Goku & Gohan & Vegeta as the top 3.

At-least in Super-Hero he took his rightful place again.

Yes. Piccolo was done worse than anyone in the Boo Saga. Worse than Goku for being a thousand times weaker than Super Boo, worse than Vegeta for not having SSJ3 by the Kid Boo fight, and worse than Gohan for getting weaker than his Cell Games incarnation.
