Context: Goku warn Vegeta about Si Xing Long's speed.
Goku: "Be careful, Vegeta! Si Xing Long's speed is even greater than mine!"

Does that mean Goku Limits Surpassed < Nouva Shenron, in terms of speed? Which mean that Syn Shenron is even slower than Nouva?

Ginyu stated that Goku's body was even faster than his after Body Changing. As contradictive as such is, it shows that speed and power correlate only when the plot demands it. Implying Toei would be even more consistent than late 80s-early 90s is assuming too much. It's not as if Yi Xing Long presented any speed feats to place his speed far above SS4 Galu's anyway.

It is still pretty likely Si Xing Long did gain some sort of power up though, considering I doubt he'd be able to use an attack potentially capable of killing Super Yi Xing Long if he didn't. Heat isn't much of a factor, considering SS4 Goku stated the heat of the sun wouldn't phase him after transforming.
