Fake spoilers aside, there were quite a few eventually but the original ones that got me the most were:

One Piece near the timeskip

Gintama shinsengumi crisis arc. I'm sure Gintama got me other times tho, it has random feels throughout. The Sougo's sister arc was pr sad too.

Welcome to the NHK, esp the stuff on that island

Honestly can't recall ever being close to doing so.

Kushina and Minato's deaths, because I'd recently gotten off the meds and I'm a sucker for happy families braving tragedy and adversity.

Oh, yes. I'm a sensitive person, and almost every trope breaks my heart. I watched Josee, the Tiger, and the Fish and choked back tears because I sympathized with the main character. Stories about someone else's lonely universe make me suffer because I feel very lonely too. And, strangely enough, my vote for Beastars. Actually, I didn't cry while watching it, but I feel sad about Legosi's story. His life is a constant struggle, and the choices he makes to become better are both respectable and sad! I even ordered an Anime Dakimakura Pillow with his image on it... When I empathize with someone's pain, I really want to hug them!

I recall crying when I first saw Vegeta's sacrifice during the Buu Saga as a kid.

Parts of Wolf Children. Some of the deaths in EoE. Ep20 of K-On S2. Couple of the emotional beats in the Marineford arc.

Kushina and Minato's deaths, because I'd recently gotten off the meds and I'm a sucker for happy families braving tragedy and adversity.
I think in general the material with those two was relatively well done from an emotional standpoint.

Nah. Never. I don't get emotional over these things.

Which did you like better? Luffy punching Bellamy or Luffy punching Charlos?
Don't know. I was about to answer Charlos, but thinking about it more it might be Bellamy. Mostly because it's drawn better. But punching Charlos was a lot more impactful to the story.
