Do the Evil Dragons have any relation to their wishes?

So, each of the Dragons we see in the Evil Dragons Arc were born from a wish the gang has made in the past. But is there any relation between their powers, personalities etc and the wishes they're born out of?

Yi Xing Long was created out of the wish to revive Freeza and his men's victims, and that'd have been a larger number than most other villains given Freeza's infamy across the cosmos, so it would appear that the wish used to create the dragons does have some relation to their power. Also, Si Xing Long was born out of Piccolo Daimao's selfish wish to restore his youth while most of the other dragons were born of selfless wishes, so it appears that selfish wishes inversely create a less evil dragon.

There seems some link with Yi Xing Long as Kenshi mentioned, though it doesn't seem 100% consistent. For example, restoring Bora's life should require more energy than creating a pair of panties, yet Liang Xing Long was the weakest of the Evil Dragons. I guess you could argue that this was due to Liu Xing Long being born of a selfish wish, but if that were the case she should've also been stronger than Wu Xing Long as he was just born of a wish to revive Galu (and didn't even need to go through the trouble of restoring his body like Bora).
