Do you think any of the others will be on par with the second tier? Is there indication of the strength order of the other members?

So this is Sunbell (behind Gaban's axe), Yui (at the back), Spencer (bottom left w/ ponytail) and maybe Millet Pine (bottom left w/ beard).

The arrangement makes it seem like Millet, Sunbell and Gaban would be the next strongest after Rayleigh, since they're in the centre and leading. Spencer is leading too though. I'd definitely guess Yui is weaker or maybe is more of a distance fighter.
