Do you think it’s possible that Gohan received a "Zenkai" boost or some other power-up after fighting Rildo?

I’m considering that possibility; he took a real beating, and a large part of his body was turned into metal before Giru healed him.

This could explain the following hierarchy:

Vegeta SSJ (Super 17 arc) > Majuub (Super 17 arc) > Majuub (Baby arc) >>> Base Gohan (Kamehameha) > Majuub (suppressed) >= Base Vegeta (Super 17 arc) >>> Base Gohan (post-Rildo) >>>>>> Base Rildo >= Base Gohan.

(vs Rilldo) One of Gohan's arms were compromised, but he barely took conventional damage, if at all IIRC.

This isn't to say he didn't get a boost later on since there can be narrative-driven powerups. But I'm sceptical since, ultimately, S17 received no harm at any point of the Z Fighter clash. Sometimes mid-fight reactions are purely for drama.
