As we've seen quite a few times in Super, Beerus has evidently warmed up to the the Z-team (at one point, he even hugs Shin). He'd probably die before admitting it, though, as he wants to keep a tough reputation.

Haven’t seen the new film so can’t comment on that, but I think he does. At the very least he uses them for food, but there have been instances where he gave off the impression that he did care about them.

Beerus probably respects Goku and Vegeta due to how they were able to gain godly ki. The others he couldn’t care less about imo. I think he just puts up with them due to the food and Bulma being his slave basically.
