Idk if I'd call it a mutation of SSJ2 from that description. It can be another branch from SSJ, like how ASSJ/USSJ and SSJ2 both are possible advancement branches from SSJ.

is that generally this applies to SSJ2 or SSJ3 would be "even further beyond", but they should be more specific in the description
