I can't understand the rest of your reply (it seems that you're replying to yourself instead that replying what I said) but they never fought #18 at her same level. #18 didn't know she was fighting those two (she thought she was fighting a human) so I don't think she went all out against them and she still dominated the fight.

I wouldn't use real life calcs to guess what a manga character can do. I mean, base Goku (the same that couldn't lift 40 tons) could destroy a planet with a ki blast if he wanted, and it's obvious that if we take the "scientific" route you need much, much more power to blow a planet than to lift 40 tons.

Every literary work has its own set of internal rules, and the only coherency it has to maintain is towards those internal rules.

But the main drawback of the SSJ form is precisely that it causes stress to the body, which in turn prevents the user to properly display his power. FPSSJ is a SSJ that has that stress controlled to a high degree, and as the series showed (Goku was much stronger post-RoSAT than pre-RoSAT) the transformation's efficiency increases as well.

I don't know what "stuffed" means in that context, but that scene alone demonstrates that the base state didn't grow that much after Namek (well, for Goku it already peaked in Namek according to the manga).
