Rock/Paper/Scissors logic like it seemed to more at the beginning (even-though Luffy was still very, very powerful) or is it now more a case of A > B > C logic?

A > B > C is like DragonBall, where-as Rock, Paper, Scissors is like the name suggests where Rock (Lucci) can defeat Scissors (Luffy) and Scissors (Luffy) can defeat Paper (God Enel) but for some Rock (Lucci) can't defeat Paper (God Enel).

Majority of the time it comes down to A > B, bit there have been cases recently where devil fruits have overcome power.

Generally speaking, I think it is A > B > C, but I do think scaling it based on how hard someone hits or how much damage they can endure is the wrong mindset.

You mean 3 person battles of all different strengths?
Yeah, like I said even maybe Pokemon example is Fire/Water/Grass. The chain I posted was wrong though I think.

Like Buggy stomped Zoro, Luffy defeated Buggy a-lot easier than he most likely could have defeated Zoro at the time though.

Luffy owned Eneru. Eneru one-shotted Zoro (IIRC), but Luffy might have had more trouble with Zoro than Eneru.
