They were able to pressure Galu somewhat and I doubt he was holding back a tremendous amount of power after seeing his friends in danger, with Dore even trapping him at one point. They easily stomp 1st and 2nd form Freeza, maybe beating 3rd form as well.

My guess is Piccolo's power was around the level of when Freeza and Cold arrived on Earth, seeing as how some time has passed since Goku defeated Freeza. With him performing better than Galu did, you could also say that he utilised some of his Big Green hax training gainz to get ahead of Base Goku and that his later performance against Sauzer and Coola was as result of a Zenkai.Pocket-God said:

On second thought, I'd retract Neizu from my previous statement, seeing as how unlike Dore or Sauzer, he didn't do anything impressive against either Galu or Uncle Motong. I'd still place him in the 1mil ballpark out of virtue of being above post-Freeza Arc Gohan, but below the powered up version of 2nd form Freeza who stomped Gohan.

2I'd say the duo can still win if Neizu's electricity is capable of effecting Freeza, as it would give Dore a great chance to land some crucial hits. Freeza would stomp if it's at the level he stomped Vegeta with though.Pocket-God said:

power), they're at the very least as strong as FP 2nd Form Freeza. In any case, i don't think
they have to be as strong as Initial 4th Form Freeza, which is 3m in my books.
