Solid list. I thought Pirate Robot was a little close to Krillin, but it seems fitting after rereading it. Krillin broke it's weapon and dodged a couple attacks so it should probably be <80%.

Metallic is my only other gripe, as I don't like him being quite on 21st Roshi's level, but it's also not a huge deal.

Goku being at 90% like you have him seems about right to me. Initial Goku should have an advantage over Metallic. Goku would have won without the KHH if Metallic wasn't a robot.

I don’t know I see equal-ish feats occurring. Metallic seems just as capable as Goku for the most part.

Haha. Well it's certainly getting there.

I'm interested in seeing what happens if I lower 21st Yamcha a bit and I also feel like I could see Tao/Gohan/Goku a bit stronger than they are.

Definitely starting to get it to a refined spot, this is a great list to tweak I feel.

He does look even, but I agree with Animelover that Metallic's durability helped him to make up for the gap. To me the force Goku outputted looked superior to Metallic's. Not by much but enough to have Goku slightly stronger.

You aren't accounting for a Kick > Punch. The story has a lot of evidence showcasing this idea.

If you look at the entirety of the fight, it should be perfectly even I'd say.

It's no big deal to put Metallic at 175 though.

I can make the same arguments for Namu, he could be perfectly evenly with Roshi and Goku, but people like him to be slightly weaker out of personal preference.

But Namu = Goku and Metallic = Goku is totally valid.

The fight with Buyon. Goku tries a punch and then says he will give it his best and chooses a kick that has far more force than the previous punch proving Kick > Punch.

which is directly in line with real life. Kicks are much harder than punches.

Which is why Goku’s kick on Devil doesn’t necessarily have to be beyond 1.5x. The way it moves Metallic is very similar.

I think Devil thinks he can beat a Goku who one shot Mummy.

That makes Devil 1.6x Mummy at minimum imo.

Yeah I’d say Post Korin Goku should probably be 2x Goku bare minimum.

Goku/Krillin/Blue. Blue > Krillin needs to be greater than Goku > Blue imo. I'm fine with the Goku > Blue gap, but Krillin/Blue needs to be 1.5x.
