Now it's time to figure out King Piccolo.

The big question is "Is King Piccolo still at 40% power when his youth is restored?"

I see no reason for it not to be. Shenron is not going to force him to use more of his power against his will.

That changes things. That forces Wind Chop to be 2x I'd say for sure now.

Made Wind Chop 3x and made Goku's Kamehameha at 66% instead of 75% of Tao and everything else literally plugs and plays. I was able to merge Part 1's numbers into the nice Part 2 numbers I had with minor adjustments to Part 1. It fits beautifully. Not 100% perfect, but it's perfect aesthetically and I consider it feature complete.

Take a look. I think this is it.

Yeah, I’d say it’s definitely fine. It might be on the bigger side of our preferences but it’s within range. It’s plausible.

To be clear, it's not my preference. I'd prefer Kamehameha at 75% of Tao.

As much as I stress accuracy over everything, aesthetics do play a role. I've limited this to very few areas, but even I can't escape it. When a little additional spacing or less spacing results in massive aesthetic improvements, I'd be a fool to exchange the beauty of the list for a little bit more accuracy.

The issue is that Tao is the key to merging the two lists. Remember the 120/135/150/200/300/350/375/400/450/500/600/675/750/850/900/1,000

Set I showed you? That's what I consider the baseline of Part 2. You agreed it was legit perfection. As did I. Now, this didn't mesh with Part 1 at all because it required Initial Kid Goku to be a 10, which is fine, but certainly not better than what we already had. Tao ending up in the 750 - 1,000 range makes all the Part 2 numbers look way worse than the line I had above. There's literally no touching that line. Nothing can be better than that line above this paragraph.

So a merge was needed. Now, with Wind Chop at 1.67x it wasn't going to happen. I'd have to change the scale which I didn't want to do. Goku at 50 and humans at 5 and Mr. Satan at 6.66 is all goated. So anyway, to end all the rambling, some sacrifices had to be made. I've kept them limited as much as I can, but that's the reality to making a super beautiful, aesthetic looking list.

Most of my adjustments are only a few percentage points, this is one of the larger ones that is actually around 1.1x off where I'd like it. But to blow up a list for 1.1x is totally not worth it.

Similar issues exist even in Z. Vegeta should not rival Dodoria, at all. He should probably be 16k, but man, that's a huge price to pay just for a little difference. You lose the whole crowd making that adjustment.

Also, Raditz at 1,250 seems to be bunk as well. Chaozu's Self Destruct should be several levels above Piccolo, but are we going to really blow up the beauty of Raditz at 1,250 for Chaozu? Would be foolish. And you will lose the whole crowd once again. You destroy the great BoG numbers we have worked so hard on and it totally makes the whole scale feel weird.

Some imperfections must be accepted to complete this project imo. I've been doing it for 16 years, at a certain point you gotta trust me on this one lol. I'm Mr. Accuracy, but we are still trying to numerically represent these things and having ugly, sloppy numbers is not an option.

But yea, overall, I agree, it's a bit much, but it is still within the realms of plausible for sure. Plus we get too boost up Tao a bit more and we make Goku's Korin training a bit more impressive and the numbers are CLEAN brah.

This is just gorgeous. Tao is 3x Blue, and 2x Goku and 1.5x Kamehameha. Goku's Korin training is 2.5x boost, which is nice.

To mess this flow up would be crazy.

The way Dragon Ball keeps raising the bar with every fight is just awesome. Also, I’ve always loved Trunks his cool style and its outfit that dragon ball z trunks jacket make him stand out as one of the best characters in the series!

I'm taking this to mean initial Goku > Yamcha/Krillin. Yamcha is pretty much saying he can't replicate the feat, and Krillin thinks Goku went all out to be able to do that... I think Chappa should be pretty relevant to Yamcha/Krillin given this.

How do you explain Tenshinhan vs Yamcha? Initially they appear to be close to even, maybe with a slight edge for Tenshinhan. Yamcha then used WFF 2.0 and gets overwhelmed pretty easily. Is this power up for Ten the same level used to deflect the Kamehameha?
