Here i will disscuss what is canon but i won't include the movies.
Db -dbz-dbgt are canon to each other before dbs was made most of us at one point thought that gt was canon to the other 2 installment. It would make sense to hold that belief after all.toriyama never said its not canon before.
Db -dbz-dbs are canon for obvious reasons
Dbs-sdbh are canon to each other
Dbgt-sdbh dbgt and sdbh are canon to each other because in sdbh it includes even the movies timeline as well as gt timeline

The DB and DBZ Manga are primary canon.

The DBS Anime is secondary canon.

The DBS Manga and DBGT are non canon.

Db has no canon. I remember a quote from author saying the movies are just different timelines implying they all happened . Just took place in a different dimension

AT specifically said that his Broly movie was canon and the different depiction of Gogeta in it compared to the previous version was an effort of him trying to add him into the DB canon. Something with a story AT had a heavy hand in creating (e.g. wrote the rough draft of the overall story or script for rather than doing designs and providing a few ideas) is canon according to Toriyama. Conversely, aspects of a "canon" product such as infant Pan flying or the Potafeu/Arale filler and Ginyu-Tagoma can be non-canon to AT's universe if he contradicts it in a product he had greater participation in, such as in DBS: Super Hero.

I think there are three canonicities.
1. DBZ Manga - DBS Manga
2. DBZ Anime - DBGT
3. DBZ Kai - DBS Anime

A bunch of anime stuff and the entirety of the Moro and Granolah Sagas don’t seem to be canon thanks to Super Hero. He also called the Super anime a continuation of the manga, so Kai is non canon altogether.

They also said the DBS manga was a direct continuation of the 42 volumes of the OG manga...

They’re both continuations of the manga.
Quite strange that the DBS anime uses music from Kai (Boo saga) and made a reference to Bulma Frog as well as Yamcha's baseball career (which was never referenced in the OG manga)...

Where does SDBH's continuity fit into this? We know AT will never consider it canon to either of his DB projects (DB/Z and DBS) but he did say he was thankful to Dimps and the other developers for creating such an expansive game, and it is technically an official Toei product.

Probably CC Goku and CC Vegeta are branches of a post-ToP timeline where instead of fighting Granolah or Cell Max, they go on that time shenanigans adventure.

Their depiction of Vegetto in the anime was so wonky that it felt like he came straight out of the FnF arc when they'd first obtained their Blue forms rather than it being post-ToP or later
