This isn't the series, it's a Dragon Ball Super movie.
There's no episode 2 lol

Broly is officially in a Dragon Ball Super movie, but isn't part of the Dragon Ball Super series.

As for the topic, I've read the thread about this stuff on Kanzenshuu and there was a time where Broly movie didn't exceed of expectation. I've already read that Toei are expecting this movie to hit 5 billion yen in Japan alone so that looks unlikely to me. They've also expected RoF to hit 4billion yen but it only hit 3.7 at best so you never know.

A movie clearly meant to be part of Super's continuity that even has references to it in the arc succeeding it. Hardly comparable to the movies prior to Battle of Gods with barely any tie ins to each other or the anime outside of filler and GT.

Discussion about both a Super movie and a canon one belong in the Super section as they have far less reason to be viewed in isolation compared to the first 13 DBZ films.

I can't believe you haven't mentioned the most obvious reason. The section is clearly named "Dragon Ball Super & Broly".

It could be, though moving a sub-section that covers a lot of Super content when the Movies/GT section already has one sub-section already would be sort of a waste management-wise with how much effort it would take compared to a single thread.

Episode of film makes no difference. It's a canon continuation of the series and that takes precedence over just being a film, especially compared to previous films that had no tie-in to canon content.

Previous discussions about the Broly movie have already been part of the Super section and there's no need to treat this thread as any different. End of discussion.
