Agreed. Even if Beerus were going easier on Vegeta, what Vegeta did has a lot more weight than what Gotenks for instance did, who couldn't even touch Beerus and was slapped in the butt. I don't see how having Gotenks and Gohan multifold enranged Vegeta makes sense considering that scene. You can still have Gotenks/Gohan > Goku, but Vegeta surpassing them while enranged should be clear.

Right after Vegeta's blast, Beerus said he isn't the Super Saiyan God either, while he said nothing when defeating Gotenks.

The movie never confirms Goku being the strongest either.

The movie doesn't flat out confirm this, but Goku being on top there is pretty much implied.

Piccolo is too close to Frost, in my opinion. Even after Frost lost a-lot of stamina and power, Goku said Piccolo had no chance of winning.

The manga never confirms Frost lost a lot of stamina, although he might have lost some of it after Goku's beating. I think Goku probably also overestimated Frost when this latter beated him with a "secret technique".

BoG movie said Freeza > Base Saiyans. BoG anime said Freeza > Base Saiyans. The manga had no opinion one way or the other. Sometimes things are just different, especially when there's not even a comparison between Rageta and SSj3 Goku, let alone Goku and the others.

Gohan and Gotenks are pretty useless and Goku pretty much became the strongest. Goku even said that one of the reason why he's been training is because if there's an enemy might appear as strong as Boo which doesn't make sense if Gohan is multifold stronger than him.

I think First Form Freeza above Ultimate Gohan is pretty clear in the manga, concerning Piccolo's statement. I'll have to increase Super Saiyan God Goku though.

I don't have Base Saiyan's much higher than their Boo arc selves, the whole absorption business went out the window the second SSGod appeared as its own form. Then again, I ignore the F manga since it was written with the movie rules in mind whereas Super has its own ones.

Made a huge edit to my list. A lot of changes.

1) I made the multipliers the same as EoZ/GT. I think it works rather well and has minimal bloat. In my own head canon, when you reach a certain plateau, the SS multipliers get lower.

2) I have Vegeta using his enraged power against Base/SSj Black. It gets rid of the massive gains he gets from that 1 day of training before going to the future. Vegeta was angry for Black killing Bulma, even though he didn't appear to be. I guess he could tap into that reserve of power after BOG arc.

3) I have the Super Saiyan multipliers for Goku Black small, since that's what implied. Base Black wasn't getting stomped by SSj2 Vegeta (Enraged), despite still losing even in SS. Also, Vegeta Blue would probably hold the advantage against Rose Black in Chapter 22, and his gains would be over the top if the multipliers haven't changed. I just chalk it up to a non Saiyan in a Saiyan's body wouldn't get the same boost as a Saiyan would normally do.

So yeah, I think it makes the Goku Black arc a lot less inconsistent when following these rules.
