I don't have any home console past the 360 and PS3, so if I do get it it would have to be the PC version.

Yeah, my PC isn't good enough anymore. I had to get it on the One. Its not the best DBZ game but its better than Battle of Z or Xeno 1, I don't regret buying it.

It's interesting that xenoverse 2 gives metal Coola a pl of 10 billion

That makes xenoverse the only thing that gives a reasonable pl measurement after Freeza, (V-Jump's Broli, and SSJ Gogeta gap makes 0 sense)

You have to assume m6 SSJs > Kamiccolo and have Victorious level gaps though
