DragonBall but not Toei's

What in your opinion would be a better choice for the DB anime?
I think studio Sunrise and Madhouse is surely aesthetic upgrade compared to Toei's low quality.

I'd go with Madhouse. Sunrise disappointed me too much with their animation and writing quality for Yashahime, plus they have other failures to their name like Gundam Seed.

Witt Studio. They’re already working on a new One Piece anime. Might as well work on a new Dragon Ball anime too.
