I believe even in the manga Beerus implies that Goku's not that far beyond Freeza

And you have Videl and Satan multiple times stronger than Goku from the start of Dragon Ball, but they have no feats that come anywhere close to what he was doing back then. That makes no sense. Either you have to raise Goku's level or lower the humans' levels.

Pre-RoSaT SSJ Gotenks was stated to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku and nothing contradicted it. He shouldn't be even weaker than SSJ2 Goku.

• Evil Buu: 63,500,000,000
• Good Buu: 50,000,000,000

That math doesn't track, boss.

Vegeta (Enraged Super Saiyan 2): 52,300,000,000

There is on enraged SSJ2 for Vegeta against Boo. It's never stated, implied, or eluded to.

• Tien: 1,380,000
• Krillin: 604,000

Krillin is still the strongest human to this day, and even if you only used the movie, the promotional material for that stated Krillin was the strongest as well.

Hit (Improvement/Full Power): 99,600,000,000,000,000,000

That improvement/adaptation BS is only in the anime. He doesn't do that in the manga.

Black adapting is also anime-exclusive, and he didn't use Super Saiyan 2. He had Goku's Super Saiyan 1 hairstyle and that's much more indicative for Goku than other Saiyans.

What is this? Toppo didn't have a god mode in the manga. He was just a normal dude.

Even suppressed Beerus shouldn't be weaker than these guys, let alone several times weaker like you have.

As a general note, you have a LOT of superfluous levels. There's really no reason to include "injured" or "fatigued" power levels unless they directly affect the plot, like with Goku's fight against Android 19 or SSB Vegeta against Hit. It's a lot of clutter.

Yeah I would like to know what puts Satan at 45 when a pissed off Satan couldn't even knock a skinny gunman out, whereas Debut Goku (who you have at 10) one-shotted a giant bear with a sword.
