As a form of gratitude, because thanks to your Power Up lists, I was encouraged to see the entire series again and I made my own power list.
I can comment that I found very well that in the ToP Manga, you have Oregano> Krillin, Tenshinhan and Roshi. Since after Frost hit Oregano, Freeza commented to Frost, that the Trio of Humans were the weakest. After Tenshinhan launched the Shin Kikoho, Frost commented that Freeza was right to call that Trio the weakest. Botamo logically does not count in that statement, since Frost and Botamo are on the same team.
In the ToP Manga, Nink is declared the strongest fighter in his Universe 4. Nink equals Catopesra and the sum of the power between Nink + Catopesra is very quickly eliminated by Base Vegeta. Therefore, the least powerful fighters in ToP Manga are those from Universe 4.
In the ToP Manga we have:

IIRC, Freeza just said that the humans were the weakest fighters on the U7 team, not the whole tournament.

Yes, although I would still say that Oregano is stronger than them, since Frost after fighting the Humans, commented that Freeza was right to call them really weak.
Before fighting the Trio, Frost had only fought Oregano.
