Enel vs post-skip Smoker

Even though he has haki, I'm not convinced Smoker beats Enel or even makes it competitive. Vergo could coat himself in haki so probably withstands the electric shocks enough to basically one-shot Enel, unless Enel only attacks him from the sky. Smoker can't coat his whole body and is slow enough I see him being fried before he gets his seastone jute onto Enel. If he has no seastone and his jute was just haki-imbued, I imagine him catching Enel with it but still getting shocked.

I'd give it to Enel probably. It's true that he was defeated by a far weaker Luffy but I think the intention was for this guy to be a powerhouse. His devil fruit at the very least has offensive capabilities far beyond anything Smoker can produce.
