Has Brook even fought anyone of note in this war? Maybe he'll be forced to power up after Kaido is defeated.

I don’t remember Brook doing much this arc besides maybe beating some Numbers, if that.

Just thought of this, but doesn't Jinbei kind of place a hard cap on how strong the low-mid tier Straw Hats can get?

Jinbei I feel like is already at his peak as he's already experienced everything the New World offers. At the same time, he's treated as being one of the stronger members of the crew. I'm not sure if Oda is willing to have people like Nami, Robin, or Brook get stronger than current Jinbei.

I feel like Oda still hasn't shown us what Jinbe can do though. He had some impressive feats against Big Mom, but he hasn't been pushed to his limits like the other Straw Hats have (most of them at least). I can see Jinbe being Commander level, which still allows the rest of the crew some room for growth.

Also in the case of Franky, his weaponry may be equal to or surpass Queen's, but it's unlikely that he would surpass him otherwise.

I guess time will tell. It would just feel weird if the experienced Jinbei gets much stronger from here on. I mean, look at his performance at Marineford, already Pre-TS.

Maybe I'm overthinking it though. Oda can do as he pleases in his own story after all.

I feel like Oda set caps already when he showed what Whitebeard's limits are, ill and injured or not. From there it's fairly easy to deduce that the most that most of the crew will reach would be the level of Big Mom's henchmen or Ben Beckman.
