I don't know what skinny Pikachu is, but I'm imagining something like skinny/grey Buu and it looks like this Pikachu has a sad backstory, involving lots of drugs (tbf I'd probably do heroin if I had to spend half my time living inside a ball). Even Roger Federer would probably become a smackhead if he had to live INSIDE a tennis ball.

I don’t know how much it weighs but it’s as fat as it is in Red & Blue as opposed to Yellow and beyond.

Since weight only differs in game... outside the games unless stated otherwise... all Pikachu weigh 13.2 lbs.

It would just boil down to whoever moves first.
