Again!!'s art is quite good too I guess, not similar to the aforementioned manga though. I remember thinking the character's hands in Again!! were well drawn. Generally though can't say I pay much attention to art, unless it's too confusing (fuck Akaboshi btw; can't even tell if things are trees or people).
For fight scenes One Piece and then Dragon Ball for sure, since those are the only 2 which have manga fight scenes that I can actually understand 90%+ of the time. Other stuff like Claymore I'm reading it and just like "oh ok they're swinging swords about and it's going *clank*" which makes the fights less memorable and basically makes a bunch of pages into white noise I suppose you could say.
I'm sick of all this SAO/HxH style art that all those shows on Crunchyroll have. All the characters look the same.
Both of them are solid artists. I have to agree. Them and the Inuyasha/Ranma manga artist are my favorites.Flame Alchemist said:I quite enjoy Dragon Ball's art. I've only read Dragon Ball and Fullmetal Alchemist, however, so I don't have much to choose from.
You must not have seen that much anime.FutureProtagonist said:Anime
Attack on Titan - should be self-explanatory; amazing effects, smooth and impactful animation.
Sword Art Online - as noted, characters all look the same, but the animation is impressive and the backgrounds are very nice.
Not much else stands out in anime; FMA:B can be good, but it can also be mediocre.
