I am cheating the shit out of this topic when I say this. Early Frank Miller is right up there for my favorite art style.

For anyone who doesn't know, Miller was very, very open about being influenced my manga in his art style, and he was one of the first to do so.

This is most appearent in Ronin, but can also be seen in his Daredevil and The Dark Knight Returns.

Anyway, he helped bring manga to the ears of comic fans in the 80's, so I am giving him a nod.

Certainly

Inferno Cop is not only visually appealing, but it is the greatest work of literature to ever grace mankind

I think Fullmetal Alchemist has some great art, it's one of my favorites. I didn't like the art in the Sacred Star of Milos though, it looked a bit like doodles compared to the clean art of the show, kind of like Ed, Edd, & Eddy.

Been reading Owari no Seraph lately and I really love the art style. In the manga and the anime, especially the designs in the anime.

Reading One Punch Man.

Instantly became one of my favourites in terms of art.
