In the East Blue saga who was your favorite villain? Least favorite?

Arlong is the best. I actually loved Arlong Park. The worst is Captain Kuro. For some reason I just don't like him

Arlong by far. The rest suck.

Arlong. Buggy was actually cool too.

Arlong as a villain, though probably Buggy as a character. Least favourite was probably Krieg, since he was basically just an arrogant blowhard. Kuro was alright, since his desire to escape from the pirate life was a far more original villain goal than even some of the main OP villains.

Arlong I hated the most, so he was a good villain. Kuro is very sinister too on rewatch though.

Worst was Buggy. Worst arc of One Piece pre-skip by far, including filler arcs.

Buggy > Baratie restaurant fight last I saw (mainly because the fight dragged)

Kuro, other than the retarded moment where he forgot he could just stab Luffy to death seeing as Luffy's arms weren't tied around his remaining sword-hand lol
