I like non-cannon Base Gotenks (when he appears in movies).

Cooler for sure. He's been my favorite movie villain since I first got his movie as an Easter present when I was a wee little lad.

Turles is okay, but the rest of the movie villains I don't care about, although Hirudegarn was a cool throwback to the Godzilla-style monster movies.
